These assignments have provided for responsability and coordination in the organisational management of Theaters. They have foreseen control in the financial, technical and administrative areas, in sectors concerning promoting and external relations, even through autonomous powers on the cost of human resources’s organisation and on control of the budget and the directives given by the Directorate General. Manager of the Cultural Sales Office SIAE since 2011, of the Authors and Editors Italian Company, as manager of the Company’s Cultural Promoting Activities. This assignment foresees the managing of the office responsible for the reception of projects which require contributions or legal aids on SIAE’s funds. The Office deals with analyzing and preparing the inquiry of the received projects, which should be submitted to the Commissions (Theater-Music-Cinema-Opera) and to the Management Board for the final opinion. Moreover the Office deals with preparing contracts, monitoring projects’ conduct and transposing final accountability. Commissioner in the Consultative Commission on the Theater 2018-2020 (MIBACT).
